At Broomhill Infant School, we aim to provide a happy, safe and supportive environment for all our children. We value feedback from parents and carers and take concerns seriously.

How to raise a concern
If you have a concern, we encourage you to speak to the member of staff involved in the first instance. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally in this way.

If your concern cannot be resolved informally, or if you wish to make a formal complaint, please follow the school's Complaints Procedure.
