We’ve had such a busy and exciting week in Holly Class. Aspirations Day proved that although we may be small, our dreams are mighty. What a range of aspirations we had. Thank you again to all the adults who helped to contribute to the creativity and enthusiasm. We had a couple of fire fighters in our midst, which was perfect for the visit form Avon Fire & Rescue Service. We learnt that the number 1 rule in a fire is: get out, stay out then call 999. We were then allowed to take a peek into the fire engine, noticing the helmets in nets and the oxygen tanks built in to the seats. Following last week’s scientific observations about the weather, we prepared and tested our weather gauges. We noticed that although rain didn’t fall, our liquid had frozen because the temperature was so cold. To see more about what we did this week, please look at the video below.
