The last week of term was another busy one!
We had our first Tinkering Tuesday of the year and the children had to plan, design and make a trap to catch the big, bad wolf. They worked so well in teams and all the teams were able to create a trap that included a pulley mechanism.

We also found out all about the Hindu ‘Festival of Light’, known as ‘Diwali’. We listened to the story of Rama and Sita and read a story which told us all about how people celebrate at this special time of year. Reyan also shared his experiences with us in class and in assembly and answered lots of questions from his friends. We made rangoli patterns and helped to create a display on our shelter window.
