We have had a great start to the term with World Ocean day on Tuesday. The children loved the live rock pooling lesson and learnt lots about the creatures that live in the ocean. They consolidated learning last term about animal groups and diets whilst recognising the importance of looking after our oceans.

We have introduced a journal station this week and the children have been learning how to cut card to create headings, use post-it notes to add comments to their work and present their ideas neatly. In Maths, the children learnt about time and used the small clocks to show their understanding.
