We had a super busy and very fun Term 5 in Maple Class!
We enjoyed learning all about the seven continents and spent a lot of time finding out about one in particular- Antarctica. We thought about how different it is to the United Kingdom and enjoyed reading the story ‘Lost and Found’ about a penguin who ended up in the wrong place!

We learned how to find half and a quarter of shapes and amounts and had a go at making sandwiches and fruit salads, cutting our fruit into equal parts.

For our Tinkering session, we used our knowledge of different types of animals to create 3D habitat models which were fantastic and so creative!

We also enjoyed our Forest School session and had fun thinking about our aspirations for the future during Aspirations Day!
