Our Tinkering this term was to create a diorama to represent a scene. Year 2 chose to recreate a fairy tale scene and our challenge was to include some moving parts.

The children worked so well in teams and were able to work together like Bee Learners, making sure everyone had a job.

They could solve problems and keep trying when things went wrong, like Tortoises and could improve and change their dioramas if their original plan didn’t work, like Chameleon Learners.

We are so impressed with their finished work and their final Tinkering session at the Infants.
